about

After kickstarting their summer with July’s visceral comeback single
Breaking Waves (which followed press & radio acclaim for their 2017 debut album Mortal Ghost), Nashville grunge-rockers Rusty Shipp have released their rootsy take on the Audioslave classic Show Me How To Live.
Their driving, acoustic version of the song foregrounds bluesy riffs and a Deep South stomp alongside gang vocals to create a brand-new dimension to a familiar rock anthem.

about

Rusty Shipp Nashville, Tennessee

Named after the frontman Russ T. Shipp, the band has created a sound known as Nautical Rock ‘n’ Roll. Characterized by its dark, underwater atmosphere, haunting vocals, and unconventional riffs, the music is a perfect fusion of grunge and surf rock, though it is most memorable for the Beatlesque hooks in every single song.
